According to former NFL Football player Ray Lewis, Odell Beckham Jr. "has removed God from his life."

Lewis shared this opinion on "The Herd with Colin Cowherd" after he was asked by Cowherd what advice he would offer to Beckham Jr. as he enters his fifth season in the NFL, with some off-the-field issues lingering in the background.

"Where there is no god, there is chaos. Odell has removed God from his life."

"Where there is no god, there is chaos." The most atheistic nations in the world have the lowest rates of violent crime and the highest rates of satisfaction from its citizens, ranging from health care, general quality of life, employment, opinions of their governing bodies and politics, etc. The reverse is also true. The nations with the most religiosity have the highest rates of violent crime and rank lower on quality of life indexes. And it doesn't seem to matter which god they believe in--Allah, Yahweh, Jesus. I'm not saying correlation automatically proves causation but the point Scumbag Lewis made is demonstrably false.

King David had a man sent to the front lines of a war so that he could sleep with his wife. This was basically a death sentence. David had to pay a major price for the poor decision but he also was gifted with Solomon. Now, I do not know either man's heart but Ray Lewis may have had a serious "come to Jesus" moment when he avoided prison. It's not my place to judge, it's the court's and they have made their decision. Regarding OBJ, maybe Lewis knows things that we don't but it's not his place to judge.
