You know, Longstreet, our 3rd String Wide Receivers did a pretty good job at cornerback playing against their 1st string Wide Receivers.

This game wasn't close. LSU gave up a 4th quarter TD late to make it close. It was a 3 possession game late in the 4th. Any team who plays LSU plays with their hair on fire bc we are their measuring stick. Any team can play a good program once and make it close. Half of our team wasn't playing this game. In another 3 years that won't matter bc LSU will have the depth that is needed to blow past these types of teams even with our second string but right now we're building that depth. LSU will be shutting the doors on lots more teams real soon.

Couple early calls went UCF's way, and we missed a couple opportunities ourselves. Also we picked them off on one of their TD drives that wasn't called. We dominated, and they had a last-gasp struggle.

Obviously you didn’t watch the game. 600 yards to 250. TOP was 45 to 15. UCF did not have a first down in the second half until half way through the 4th. LSU was without 6 dbs and even played a wr at cb in the 2nd. 3 of our d line was out also. I’d say our 3rd string defense showed exactly what UCF is made of.

Lack of class was when UCFs 275 pound DT cracked back blocked our QB. I kinda wished he would have been hurt so our second string would have come in a did the same to them. We wiped the floor with this poor team who thinks just bc you beat "1" good team a year are national champs. Well we put an end to that conversation.

And they really, really, really, really believed it. Sad...

?? correct! UCF was kept in the game by the refs. They should of had at the least one more player ejected. They thought they could come in and push the tigers around by playing dirty. All that did was piss off Joe and make him put up 400 yards and 4 tds.

They acted horribly right out of the gate and deserved to get beat and eat a little humble pie.
