LSU revealed on social media that they will wear white helmets, purple jerseys, and white pants against Baylor in the Texas Bowl.

LSU states that the Texas Bowl "assigns jersey colors to each team and the home team is designated to wear a dark color."


Baylor announced their uniform combo on Monday.

Most coaches had sense to know fans were ok with this one of two games a year. Any more than that we are a gimmick and losing our traditional roots.

White, purple, white is FIRE! It's a clean, refined look-- the team usually plays well in them.

Purple jerseys and gold helmets and pants look garish and SWAC
