Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports
LSU athletic director Joe Alleva spoke at the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation Quarterback Club on Tuesday to provide updates about the athletic program and urged fans to be “patient” with LSU coach Ed Orgeron.
Orgeron, who is in the middle of his first season at LSU as full-time head coach, started slowly with two bad losses to Mississippi State and Troy but has quickly rebounded to put the Tigers back on track.
Alleva commended him for "righting the ship" and began his speech by joking about not having to watch game film with Orgeron this week:
Alleva also provides updates about facility upgrades, the possibility of beer sales in Tiger Stadium along with cheaper football ticket prices in the future.
