Love this response from Joe Burrow when he was asked about the toughest hit he has ever taken while playing football...

Defintely was 74-72. If he says anything else he is lying. It motivated him, the team, the coaches for the next 14 months. He was obsessed with that. He knows it and YOU know it. LOL

The toughest hit was in the locker room hitting on that victory cigar.

Of course, his commment gives all of them that satisfaction because they all think they hit him the hardest.

It was probably the blow to his heart the first time Coach O walked into the same room and serenaded Joe with that Cajun drawl

I mean the logical answer is the cheap shot he received in the Fiesta Bowl. That being said, one could argue that hit was the beginning of his meteoric rise to one of the best college QBs of ALLTIME!

If K'lavon hit him harder in practice than the UCF guy he would have been kicked off the team

Naah, that blindside hit by that dirty UCF player cleaned out his sinuses. He didn't know where he was for a minute! Lol But it showed how tough the kid was as he shook it off and came right back.

Radio in the national championship game. You can shake off a hit to the head. You can tell the hit Radio gave Joe in the natty was the hit Joe felt the most while at LSU.
