Tucker would be a fool to leave Michigan State especially to come to LSU!! No offense to the LSU job-but Tucker has things going up there.

One decent season (so far) at MSU & Tucker ‘has things goin’ too much for him to consider a Top 5 (LSU) Head Coaches position? No thanks. Id rather Campbell, Stoops, Franklin, Fickell……the list goes on & on

Kiffin not coming to LSU so move on! Napier or Tucker, but feel tucker will stay at state

The only game for me to watch is the Ole Miss vs. Auburn game. As Lane Kiffin is by far the most qualified head coaching candidate by far.

So you want to replace LSU's coach with the coach LSU's coach replaced at USC? Gotcha

Am I the only person who wouldn't be disappointed with Mel Tucker?

I just dont think he leaves Michigan St. He is a good coach, but I just dont see him leaving.

Yeah. I mean this is the first season since he has been a head coach that he has had success. If you want to roll the dice then pick Mel Tucker who has just slightly more head coaching experience relative to Dave Aranda with a year less. Nonetheless, both of them pail in comparison to the experience of success relative to Lane Kiffin.

Gundy is way too based for Tate to allow the hire. He would be good here though.

Lincoln Riley and Mike Gundy are the only two on this list I want. If everything else falls through, Aranda would be a good choice. But I think Woodward is going to surprise us all with the hire. And it won't be a second-tier coach like most of these that are listed.

Lincoln Riley is a pipe dream. Not to mention how do you know he would be good in the SEC where defenses rule? You don't.

Woodward likes Riley, but he's not the only guy on the list. The criteria is pretty simple. Who has won a natty, been in the CFP final four, won a conference championship or beat Saban. That's a much shorter list, and a very different one from what the media keeps churning out. He'll do something fairly unexpected I believe. Like Lincoln Riley, Matt Rhule or the rehabilitated Hugh Freeze. Who knows, but I don't think it will be as obvious as Franklin, Kiffen, or Tucker.

So... pretty much all of them.

Don’t waste your time. This hire will come out of left field as all of his hires have so far.

Mike Gundy? I like the guy and he’s a good coach, but not for us.

1. Lincoln Riley 2. Luke Fickell 3. Dave Arranda 4. I guess Napier if it gets to him (it shouldn’t)

What coach, who has already established himself, would want to come here?
