Four-star cornerback Dylan Purter from Tuskegee, Ala., announced his commitment to LSU on Friday.

The 6-1, 175-pounder from Booker T Washington High School picked up his offer from LSU on February 17 and recently visited Baton Rouge on March 8.

According to 247 Sports, Purter is the country's No. 20 cornerback in the 2026 recruiting cycle. His verbal pledge gives LSU eight commitments for the class of 2026.

Hell…I never used any of my NCAA eligibility, so I’m announcing here my commitment to take my QB talents as they are to LSU this fall.

Came in thinking this was a punter, I meed to read the titles better.
