I would love a re-match with Bama. I didn't want the re-match in 2011 so they owe us one. I am a Miles fan as a recruiter and players' coach but not disillusioned that he is an X's and O's guy. Even though I like Miles as our head coach, if a re-match with Bama were to happen and he could not adjust our game plant to give LSU a chance to win, I would not be opposed to replacing him. I hated saying that in fear of losing his great recruiting history but if he cannot make the most of stellar athletes, he should just be a recruiting coach/coordinator and not a head coach.

So there was a 24-point swing when there was a rematch. A similar thing happened when LSU played in a rematch in 1959 against Ole Miss. Bama won by less than 24.

We had beaten Bama two in a row and three out of five before the last rematch. Maybe we win this one and the next four regular season contests. Things change.

I seem to remember Miles wanting to play Alabama instead of Okie St.

I would love to see a rematch for two reasons. First, we are not going to beat them by running a TE and FB. The quicker Miles see that, the better we will be long-term. Everyone seems to get that except Miles. How many times do we need to lose for him to get that it's time to adjust.

In 2011 when Miles was asked about a rematch with bama, Miles should have said " why in the world would bama deserve a rematch, we just beat them in their house. We look forward to playing a deserving champion from another conference."

2011 Miles was asked if he would accept a rematch with Bama and he said he would gladly. Go away Bama trolls.

How about a rematch with Coach O as the Interim head coach and def coordinator and no Miles, Cameron or Steele?

Guys, Alabama beat us and it wasn't even close. We do not have excuses because alot of our players were back from injuries and it didn't make a bit of difference. Alabama beat us and is playing more complete as a team than we are. Until we have a true balanced team, we can count on losing at least 1 - 2 games each year. So unless Alabama loses another game, forget about it.

I think a rematch against Florida is a more realistic situation, and one that I would definitely look forward to!

"The better team in 2011". LOL except there part where you only scored fewer points during the game. I guess 60 minutes wasn't enough time to demonstrate that superiority.

See here's the thing LSU fans, in 2011, Bama fans wanted a rematch because we believed our team was better. Now ask yourselves this, in 2015, do you believe LSU is better than Alabama? I'll answer it this way, I'd love the play LSU in a semi-final for the CFB Championship. We'd be playing for the NC game, so sure, I'd love a rematch too as a Bama fan.

Rematches are deserved when games are close. This wasn't close Les lulz

Love my Tigers. We need to accept our loss and move on. A rematch would just lead to another loss.

I don't believe it would be a mulligan in a playoff format. Although the bama fans sure don't seem to be bothered by being awarded a national championship after placing THIRD in their conference. Why shouldn't LSU be afforded the same luxury?

I thought LSU was strongly opposed to mulligans?
