I know this is old news now, but I feel like I'm missing something here. What did he do to make everyone so negative. Besides the respect my decision stuff?

I've never heard of the guy, what's the story with him. What do y'all know that I don't?

LSU will be on this guy. Why all the negative comments?

No fan base is close to LSU when it comes to pressuring their home state players to stay home. I say this with admiration in a way.

This respect my decision comes up a lot. How many of you have been recruited at that level? It gets old, coaches blowing up your cell. Coming to your school. Talking to your coaches. Always pitching you.

The respect my decision is their way or saying leave me alone! Or at least that’s the way I read it.

He's a great player and an important target in the next class, but I am not a fan of the 6 schools and "respect my decision" stuff. At least it's not 10 schools. I'll give him that.

U know my mom used to tell me if u dont have anything nice to say, then it's best not to say it!

Odd seeing a story like this making front story on TD after LSU's historic season. Has vibes of a program that is not a big time winner and is just happy to have a highly rated highly rated player giving his top 6 schools.

OK obviously we need to keep this guy here in Louisiana but for the love of God can we please stop putting up tweets that reflect any more than the final three choices. Ridiculous!

Seriously, some recruits are just naturally cocky and think the world revolves around them. If he isn't a Tiger when it's all said and done, well... then it sucks to be him. Family and friends won't as easily be able to see him play, and he'll miss an opportunity to be a hometown star at DBU.
