The fence isn't even around Baton Rouge. Why should we expect it to be around Monroe? Hopefully Orgeron fixes this before the 2018 class commits.

Its a shock, but with this news, I think we have a really good shot at getting Wilson. Think about it. I think this guy chose Bama because Wilson is choosing LSU tomorrow. That's why he made his announcement today and not tomorrow like everyone else is. Honestly, I really do prefer Wilson. Who wouldn't?

If we keep Farrell, this becomes a push. Farrell listed at 6'4" 290lbs. from Alabama. Mathis listed at 6'4" 287lbs. from Louisiana. Farrell a 3 star. Mathis a 4 star. Basically, we swap the same player. Now, if we lose Farrell, then the cheese gets a little more binding.

HUGE miss here DD!!! Who in the heck is your source?! LSU currently has 21 commitments in its 2017 recruiting class which is ranked No. 6 in the nation according to 247Sports’ Composite Team rankings. The Tigers can take up to 27. There’s no guarantee that LSU will end up signing a full class (it’s actually uncommon for a school that changes coaches at mid-season to do so, but based on the many prospects still on LSU’s board, it’s likely that the Tigers will). Below are my thoughts on several recruits still in play. ————————————— Phidarian Mathis (DL) - 90% Marvin Wilson - DL - 85% Todd Harris - S - 75% Tyler Taylor - LB - 75% Markeviest Bryant - OLB - 75%

"HUGE miss here DD!!!" Yes, Scott Long was wrong. So what?? He's human. He made a mistake. It's not that big a deal. Are you going to tell us you've never made a mistake.

I'll bet you do not complain when he is right... Scott Long has given us far more good information than bad... Plus you have to know when reading his posts that those are one mans' opinions. He's a baseball guy at heart, so what if he swung and missed on this one. Still Love ya DD

I am a huge LSU fan! Having said that, you peeps need to get a grip with reality that Bama is a cut above LSU right now. Until we beat their gump asses, Bama will continue to cherry pick LA. Wake Up!!!

If there were stud players in Alabama, and they were down and we were up, we still wouldn't get them to come here.

The truth hurts!! I agree. Beating Alabama is the only thing that can solve this. nothing else!
