The problem with these sites is they are trying to be correct on who they give 5 stars based on NFL/the draft. Its a bad system when it comes to evaluating High School kids. Pop is absolutely a college 5 star.

And played against much, MUCH tougher competition than Elijah Haven. Anyone who has heard the kid talk about the game, and seen his highlights, knows he deserves to be a 5 star.
