That’s a common play nowadays, nothing special about it, it’s expected.

That dude made some "sun field" catches in the CWS that were crucial.

I like how Pearson will never get any credit for saving game 1 against Florida because of all of the other amazing performances and plays that happened

He has received plenty of recognition for saving that game….

We have to be careful. We don't want to run the risk of getting over-exposed.

You kidding, that’s the cape cod league. If I played college ball playing in that or the Northwoods League would be a dream. If you don’t make the USA team, summer league is great exposure to scouts. Not to mention all the teams are located so close to each other, getting to know all these other players across the country. Not to mention all the college age women and older chasing them after the games. Those leagues are a college players dreams. They don’t care about the park, it’s the exposure it brings you.

Skenes and countless other Tigers past and current have played in these ballparks. Not just the Cape Cod League but many other summer leagues across the country as well.

That sounds like John Anderson who is a Sportscenter veteran. He just reads what’s in the teleprompter though. More like some shoddy work by the script-writing team

Maybe not a “routine” play, but definitely not a spectacular play!
