University of Nebraska track star Meghan Walker has officially signed a full-time developmental contract with WWE, moving from its NIL “Next In Line” program into the Performance Center/NXT system. Walker, 21, had been part of WWE’s NIL cohort while competing as a Cornhusker sprinter. According to multiple reports, her new deal means she will now relocate to WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando to train full-time.
In college, Walker competes in the 200m and 400m events and has contributed to relay teams. Before Nebraska, she was a two-time state champion in high school track in Brandon, South Dakota. Her path to WWE included a tryout during SummerSlam week, a key milestone that insiders say helped solidify her full-time contract. Walker’s signing is part of a broader talent push: she is one of three new developmental signees announced by WWE, joining Russian gymnast/pole dancer Jessica Bognadov and former Boise State running back Cyrus Habibi-Likio.
