The Arkansas Razorback Foundation and fired Arkansas coach Bret Bielema have reached a buyout agreement that will pay Bielema $11.935 million through 2020. Per FootballScoop.com:

Bret Bielema: Bielema and Arkansas have reached an agreement to pay the former Hogs coach a $11.935 million buyout, paid out in monthly installments through 2020. That amount will be offset by any future employment Bielema takes. Either way, Bielema will take home roughly $350,000 a month over the next three years.
