I just watched the celebration of life.. What a great ceremony for a legend. It was like I was cutting onions over here...
Don't bash me but Alex Box stadium was Skips baby and he designed it.
You think now they will go ahead and do the renovations to the park?

Watching tonight took me back to being 8-13 years old at the old box Big Ben on the mound Hymel and mouton blasting bombs the smell of the tiger dogs the 3rd base hamburgers . Watching a double header under the grandstand before it was Friday - Sunday
Sec games it was truly America’s past time at the box before technology. I could go on..

My only question is where does the money come from right now. The event at the Governor's Mansion is because LSU Athletics Department is dangerously overextended. Baseball is not a huge money generator so unless something changes or a significant donation(s) is raised for that purpose, I can't imagine this is top of the list.
