Guy at my office took today off because his PTO balance is about to reach the cap. My PTO balance stays at the cap because I show up to work.

That’s shite women do. What’s he going to do, sit at home, eat bon bons, and watch General Hospital?

Let me know where all that PTO fits in your casket big dawg. Living for work is boomer mentality.

Taking days off to sit at home and eat ice cream does affect his work overall

Well you pledged to serve.

You should uphold that with discipline.

Why would people taking a day off, when the PTO is part of their benefits package, have any impact on how much I respect them? Most places you will lose it if you don't eventually use it so where would the lack of respect from using it come from?

I make sure I use every single hour of PTO. There is none left over for a roll over.

WTF

He should take PTO if he's near the cap. He earned it. How he spends it is his business.

I take random PTO days because I have so much just to get shite done in my personal life or go play golf or whatever.

Bruh, take some PTO. Go do something nice. Stop hating others for taking advantage of their benefits. You will finally be a better man if you do.
