First test was 3 yrs. ago.

194 to

115!!!

And giving praise to God above!!!

NATTO

NATTO

(ps. Currently, no statin.)

The reason I posted this is only to indicate that it may be possible to reduce calcified arterial plaque without pharmaceuticals, and not to indicate hbp or other inflammation issues should be ignored.

Where do you get your natto from? I've got a family history of heart disease but my first calcium score came back 0 anyway. Can't hurt to start natto, I just can't find any locally

I guess it doesn't help that I'm looking for the slimy Japanese bean version and not a capsule

i currently use this one, doctors best, from amazon

LINK

but i now suggest buying the supplement pure blood instead of buying a bunch of separate things

LINK

with that the only other real thing you should take if you have a calcium score that shows up....is 100% Organic Pomegranate Juice- 8oz daily

LINK

dante posted the studies on all the ingredients in pure blood and the studies for the Pomegranate Juice

I use Dr's. Best. 3 morning and 3 at night on empty stomach. 12000 fus.

777 and pubmed studies to be given credit for enlightenment! Thanks

Eta And did do pure pomegranate juice too so that could also be helpful. Thx for that reminder.

Etaeta. And citrus bergamot. If I would just read 7's whole post first I'd good complete info!

As I've posted, ad nauseum, people should lean away from these obsolete calcium scores and instead opt for Cleerly scans. The former don't tell you very much - but most relevantly, they by definition DO NOT DETECT the more dangerous non-calcified blockages.

CT angiogram with AI analysis

A calcium score is a good place to start. It’s debatable if there’s even a point for future ones if you’re registering anything above 0.

My score was over 300 and my wife's was 4. I told her she did not have a heart.
