Yesterday I made a nice meatloaf to cook on the grill outside.
The smell of drippings falling onto hot charcoal made for a great aroma so I made a kind of big White Russian and sat outside keeping an eye on the grill.

Resting before getting sliced.

Tender and super tasty!

Looks good. But not as entertaining as the guy here who does meatloaf art.

I've never cooked a meatloaf on my grill. My wife makes an excellent meatloaf, so I don't interfere, but I have done a Bacon Explosion on the grill and a similar thing which I called a Cheesburger explosion. Same basic idea....create a woven bacon grid, spread burger, cheese, cooked bacon and whatever over the bacon grid, roll it up and put it on the grill. So, it's kind of a meatloaf.
