Not sure how many of you have heard of the app Setgraph but I’ve used it last 3+ years for tracking my workouts and I highly recommend it. $40/yr for premium access and they’ve added some great updates to it last year or so.

I usually do a PPSA workout but decided to try something new and there’s an AI feature in Setgraph that builds workout programs for you based on previous workouts and or prompts you can customize.

Just checking to see if anyone else has used it before. Very user friendly and easy

Iam curious about this myself because I’m looking for a good app to build me good workouts while tracking them as well.

I highly recommend Hevy. The free version is solid & the paid version is really cheap if you need the additional features.

There are a ton out there that prob do similar things. Boils down to if you enjoy the UI or not. Went through several few years ago and landed on Setgraph mostly for simplicity and ease of use for tracking workouts only. Now I’m taking advantage of their added on features and enjoying that aspect as well

I've been using Hevy for 2 years. Love it! The pro version is like $3 a month.

so alot of people use AI like chatgpt and gemeni and pay for it anyways

i highly, highly suggest using that to track your workouts, medicines, diet etc all in one place. create a dashboard, upload documents, upload the weights and then it can track everything in real time. It can use machine learning to start understanding trends and schemes that work for you.

or get OVR velocity and use it to track everything.

Using AI is the best though by far. For my athletes I train, I create dashboard where I upload all the soviet text, super training, westside, tons of sport specific training, sprint training, all defranco etc and then start importing all of the data from the ovr system I use. it tracks everything, makes suggestions on programming based on weakness, recovery etc.
