It all depends. To me it’s year round golf and a good private club. I sort of like the Florence Alabama. Turtle Point is a great private course and still fairly reasonable. RTJ shoals across the river is a fantastic 36 holes with plenty of cheap local options. Waterfront property on the Tennessee river still approachable. About an hour from Huntsville, 2 hrs from Birmingham or Nashville. If you don’t mind playing in the mid 40s you probably have less than 10 days too cold

They love O like we do, but didn’t pay enough attention to see his flaws and the collapse after the 19 NC...... We would have all loved if 19 was the beginning of a dynasty, rather than a collapse.
