Rain was not a factor. That was just an excuse. Plenty of cheap tickets online. They were even below face value. No excuse for any fan.

AYCE Buffet at The Palms Wed and Thur is Lobster tail and Snow crab night
For Steaks:
SW steakhouse at the Wynn
The steakhouse at Circus Circus. It is at CC but it is one of the best steak houses in LV
I've been to all four of these and I was very pleased.
