Taking wife to Vegas for 3 nights. Any restaurant recommendations? Things we should do?

We have been a couple times but always have went and done nature stuff. Plan on eating and drinking. Staying at Harrahs

Went in 2024 when LSU played USC. Did a brunch under the Eiffel Tower at Cheri Rooftop. Pretty cool experience.

Plan on visiting old Las Vegas (Fremont Street) as well as modern strip. Some fascinating hotels to stroll through such as New York, NY and The Venetian is a must see.

Highly recommend Absinthe at Caesar's. It is a burlesque comedy show and is hilarious. Don’t sit in front row unless you want to get absolutely roasted.

Your hotel is near the Bellagio. If it is not too hot, have dinner outside on the terrace at Spago. Ask for a table by the railing overlooking the fountain. The last two times we did this it was Labor Day weekend and it was pleasant at night.

If you like high end steakhouses, I love SW at the Wynn and Prime at the Bellagio.

Heed the warning.

Absinthe is my favorite Vegas show, but it is definitely not for everyone. If you consider going, be prepared for a lot of vulgar humor and the possibility that you could be the target of some harsh insults.

If you're into 80's music, there's an awesome band called the Whippits that peforms like 3-4 times a week at Carnaval Court (the circle shaped outdoor bar) between Linq and Harrah's.

First and foremost, just because you can see it doesn't mean you should try to walk to it. The Strat is way further than you think. As is the trek from end to end on the Strip.

If it fits in your budget, get a rental car for a day and go see the Hoover Dam or the Valley of Fire.

As mentioned above Absinthe is hilarious and do not sit on first row unless you have thick skin. Batista's Hole In The Wall is one of my favorite places to eat. It's an old Italian place that is very inexpensive and portions are probably shareable. Tons of memorabilia throughout the place.

Absinthe is a must see show

Make dinner reservations at the Eiffel Tower restaurant at Paris Casino, but request a table by the window so you can watch the Bellagio fountains show.. thank me later

Bavette's Steakhouse & Bar At Park MGM is great but also expensive.
Tom’s Watch bar at NYNY is good and only 20-30 a piece.
Ketchups inside the planet Hollywood mall is my fav cheap eat- Burgers and hot dogs.
Carrottop is my favorite show, he’s at the Luxor.
Loser’s Bar at MGM is our fav bar. Live music playing county covers.

Have eaten at the one in Chicago, it was amazing.

Book early, it can be hard to get a reservation.

If the Mrs likes The Wizard of Oz, take her to The Sphere. Lots of fun.
