The Palestinians lived in Palestine when the new state of Israel was remade. There were many, many Jews that were repatriated into old Palestine/ new Israel during the years that followed formation of the new state..

Nobody has claim to that land going back to the beginning of time. The Bible says that the Jews came out of Egypt and were led by Moses. So, the Jews that are in Israel now don't really have a claim to the title of Semites either.....according to your logic.
