Shuffle at the 4 Seasons NOLA, Miss River closing, Chemin moving downstairs

They are closing Miss River and Chemin is moving into that space and going more brasserie, with a new menu, lunch, jazz brunch etc
Something new that is yet to be announced is moving into that Chemin river view space

Having eaten at both, I much preferred the space, menu and atmosphere at Chemin than at Miss River
Miss River seemed more generic French Quarter restaurant than an ambitious destination dining at the Four Seasons type place. It was good but far from great.
Don't feel like they should mess with the menu everything at Chemin was fantastic

I agree Chemin was great, but I assume the profits weren't there.

Not surprising. Miss River was fine for what it was but extremely overpriced imo. Chemin has been on my list forever but I just never found time to go. Hopefully I'll get a chance to try out the new iteration.

Four Seasons is going to directly manage the old Chemin space for a bit when they move downstairs.
They are in negotiations with some local and national names to take it over. If I am allowed to share, I will post them.
