Anyone have recommendations on who to use for replacing 2-3 windows and a front door in BR?

Have 2-3 fairly standard windows that are shot. And my wood front door (single door) along with part of the door frame is rotting out pretty bad, so need to do that as well. Kind of thinking about replacing with fiberglass door unless someone convinces me otherwise.

Also, any idea what kinda cost I’m looking at for this? I assume it’s probably going to be way more expensive than I think it should be

I replaced an exterior fiberglass door last year and it was nearly $2000. That included the factory paint. What they don't warn you is that they will screw up all the trim around the door and refuse to fix it, so you'll be on your own to repaint and trim.
I think the vinyl windows were about $600 each installed.

This is what I was worried about since I know there is some rot on the lower side of the framing. Was hoping I could find one place to do it all, including repairing any rot in the frame and putting the trim back. I don’t mind doing the painting

Is this guy a one-man show? I've tried to get him to quote replacement on doors and he's not the most responsive person I've ever met. Not sure if he's just that busy or its something worse.
I'm not hating on him, just concerned that he's the typical contractor who only works when he feels like it. I don't want to fault him if he's busy hustling, but man he isn't very responsive.
