Did you not actually watch the play.
Chase hit Goff while he had the ball and started moving his arm up (league claims that started his motion). His arm started moving forward while still holding onto the ball, and was then spun by Chase on the hit. He threw the ball, but was turned and ended up throwing backwards. League said he “intended to throw forward” therefore incomplete forward pass.
Shough was hit and lost possession before he started moving his arm forward. If you don’t see it, it’s because you’re choosing not to see it due to your own biases

Wrong, per the officials, his arm coming up shows intent to throw a forward pass.
Shough's arm was coming up, it's incomplete per the "rules".

The officials stated in the Detroit game that Goff's arm coming up is considered intent to throw a forward pass.

You should try watching the plays and actually read what the ruling was. If you’re not willing to do that, you’re not willing to see that there is a clear difference between the 2 plays
