Doesn’t mean much.

BYU won as +10.5
Florida won as +13.5
Auburn just won as +19.5

Bettors on LSU thinking its the prime let down spot for Auburn. It is but I wouldn't touch it with how bad LSU has been on the road.

LSU hasn't won a road SEC game in 2 years (0-8 L8)

Is LSU due for a win?

That seems like a big spread for a team that just beat #1 UGA at UGA and almost ran for 200 yards on them in the process. There is often the hangover effect after games like that, but we have not played well historically there. I don't think we've beaten them by more than 5 points there since 1998. Also, everyone seems to get fired up to play LSU and Lane regardless of what happened the week before.

Hopefully we prove Vegas right though.

This is the classic smelly line… Vegas is begging the public to take Auburn…

Makes me think that LSU is the lean here.

Something like

LSU - 31
AU - 21

Unfortunately they didn’t in the first two road games.

To get the win. Only the betting people are worried about the spread.

It’s almost as if the folks laying money on LSU have no knowledge of LSU’s history playing at Auburn at 11:00 in the morning.

When's the last time LSU had a big win in Jordan Hare?

There is no history. This will be the first time ever in the series that LSU has played at Auburn at 11 AM.

When are you people gonna realize that Vegas "begs" the public to bet on whoever is playing us precisely because our fans are always overconfident and bet on us to cover the spread every time? That's why the lines are always favorable towards us. It's not based on who they actually think is going to win the game
