Root for a glut of 3 loss teams, win out, and LSU will be squarely in the mix. Not really my opinion either, the numbers don’t lie.

Won't be loving us when we drop another one which is almost guaranteed at this point. I say we beat Texas somehow and lose to Tenn. I have a strong feeling refs about to put it on LSU because these 2 teams have a better path to playoffs than LSU right now.

Let’s say LSU did make the playoffs. Would you prefer to have your arse beaten by ND, Miami, Alabama (again), Utah, Indiana, for sure UGA or Tennessee (again)?

Because even when we’re getting our arse kicked we still doubled up Bama 27 to 13 on first downs and outgained them by a lot. Those are the underlying stats the metrics look at

You always want to be in the playoffs no matter what. You don't know what opponent you would draw and football is all about matchups. A better overall team can lose to a slightly inferior team if there are roster matchups that work in the inferior teams favor.
