Energy miracle peptide. You just have to be mindful of not getting used to it. It’s all about moderation with it.

What do you notice? Or why “not get used to it”?

Your body builds immunity to it

When I’m on it I feel naturally energized and a sense of clarity and brain fog lifted

How do you cycle it? Something like 4 weeks on/2 weeks off? Or more like 5 days/2 days off?

I just started taking it last week every other day. Definitely making a difference at work and more energy left when I get home

yet another useless placebo potion.. enjoy sticking yourself for no reason for a few months until you realize it isn't doing anything and that you were bamboozled

this is true for the VAST MAJORITY of peptides, small molecules, and bioregulators being sold to folks who want so badly to believe.

Buying a bunch of snake oils is a rite of passage in the peptide world, enjoy being a newb and report back in a year or two when you are older and wiser to the game

ah yes, a true believer.

You are literally their target audience friend.
A guy who posts on message boards asking for peptide ideas and help getting his fitness game leveled up.

Like I said, continue stacking your peptides and report back in 2 years as to whether or not you are still doing the same thing then as you are today.

Sometimes its best to listen to people who have been there and done that.. or not, I don't care.

Terzepatide-i lost 40 lbs

NAD+ - Energy boost and mental clarity

BPC/TB- recovered in three weeks instead of the doctor timelines of twelve

What’s your game here?

I kinda agree with this.

I've felt mostly minimal effects from reta. I recognize reta/tirz peptides work for lots of people.

Recently added tesa, NAD and 5amino 1mq. I don't notice squat except the water weight from tesa. Maybe better sleep, but that's not why I'm taking it.

Have also run 2 cycles of CJC+IPA. No significant changes except water weight.

Only a couple weeks in, so tesa could be doing its thing, but as far as daily energy/clarity, the other two aren't providing that.

so in my original post I said VAST MAJORITY are snake oils. You are lucky to have used 2 that actually work. This is why you think that others will also work. Again, this is the normal progression for newbs in the space.
My only game here is to save you and others time and money.

Short list that actually work:
-----------------------------------
GLP class + amylin receptor agonists
hGH --> and not the secretagogues
Insulin
BPC/TB (person dependent. About 50% report any effects)
MT1/2 no denying they work
I may be forgetting one or two. Notice NAD+ did not make the list.

That's about it. The hundreds of others are either not sustainable or outright ineffective.

Will you still be injecting NAD+ a few times a week in 2028? Id wager not.

Get in the gym , get your diet locked in, and put in consistent work for a long time and you will reap the rewards you seek.
Stop with the quick fix peptide foolishness.
The supplement/peptide market is as big as it is because people are fools.
Very few of the products are legit.

A fool and his money are soon parted. <-- dont be.

While I agree with most of what you said, I wouldn’t put NAD in the useless category. I’ve never used it but have buddies who do and love it. Now there’s plenty snake oil ones out there like AOD, DSIP, semax, selank etc…. I don’t categorize those with the mitochondria ones like SS31, MOTS, NAD. There’s plenty of data out there and even fda approval on SS31.

But IMO the goats will always be Tirz, Reta, GH, MT1/2, KPV, BPC/TB, ghk. Jury is still out on MOTS, I grabbed a kit just to try for myself so we’ll see.

I've never tried peptides, and have little knowledge about them other than what is posted here.

The claims made about them are interesting, but I'm unsettled by buying something online that I know almost nothing about where it came from, then injecting it into my body.

How do yall get past misgivings like this?

third party testing.

Never inject a batch of anything that you are not certain is tested.

Good vendors will provide the COA (certificate of authenticity) from the lab for each product they sell. its your decision whether you want to take their word for it (if they are well established with a good reputation) , or if you want to foot the bill and send it off for testing as an additional step when you receive it.

Janoshik [dot com] is the gold standard lab for peptide and gear tests. Go there to research pricing of tests.

Good points.
Agreed on the skin & beauty compounds that work - like ghk and kpv, I don't delve into that side of the house but folks who do skin care swear by these.

Mitochondrial stuff is very hit or miss for the majority of folks, and most trial them for a while and say the juice was not worth the squeeze. I dont know anyone who is consistently running these for years on end and claiming results. I would put these in the unsustainable category, something that costs money and may not yield any measurable ROI.

MOTS-C and Tesa both notorious for bad site reactions and Anaphylactic shock.
Good luck

I’m a believer in this one. My wife has eczema on her legs and it completely stopped after starting the KPV. We’ve gone on vacation, stopped it, it returned.

For sure, I don’t disagree with that. I just figured I’d give it go and find out if it does anything. I started slowwwww due to reports of anaphylactic reactions. No issues so far

NAD+ is a game changer, I dose 50 mg 2-3 times weekly. I also have several friends that take it and love it as well. Btw, it’s not considered a Peptide.

You also don't have to inject NAD. There are precursors and Liposomal formulations. I noticed a big difference in the first week. But, went to every third day. I started feeling wiped taking every day. RHO liposomal.

Peptides work best if you are aging and becoming depleted in some areas. Most don't work if you are young enough to not have deficits.
