Purely for natural beauty, I have to agree here. It's amazing.

Up there for me would also be Kotor (and nearby Perast), Montenegro that immediately comes to mind.

I have only been to Italy, so I am limited.

I enjoyed Volterra, Orvieto, San Gimignano, and Sirmione.

Hard to pick just a few.

Also stayed in Sorrento and Levanto just north of Cinque Terre.

Finishing up a 2 week trip to Spain and as great as Ronda was, Sóller might actually take the cake. It’s a small town on the north shore of Mallorca with a beautiful church right in the middle and a tram that runs through the middle of the plaza to a beautiful port

Bois le Roi and Fontainebleau, France. About 80 miles south of Paris, and on the Seine. Went to a Django Reinhardt Festival in Fontainebleau in June and stayed in Bois le Roi. Beautiful area.
