Just drove through the Florida checkpoint with LA plates and were told to veer right. Asked to complete form with name, plate# license #, purpose of visit (vacation) and duration of visit. Nothing mentioned about 14 day quarantine. Took no more than 5 minutes.

Scare tactics, LA people have been all over the pan handle with no problems except from Karen.

So if I bring all my supplies to cook and drink, stay at the beach house we rented, go to the private section of beach we have I shouldn't have any problem, correct?

I mean I guess we can't go to the golf course or eat out without risking getting arrested.

You shouldn’t have a problem and I would go anywhere.
The problem most are facing is getting someone to rent to them or rental companies calling to cancel previously made reservations

We drove into Destin on Monday with no issues. We have been doing everything we’ve done in past years, beach, pool, bbq, and going to restaurants. No problems what’s so ever except for the restaurants being at half capacity. Karen has not showed her face yet. I’m sure as the weeks go by things will begin to ease up

Shouldn't have said anything looks like they are canceling us because of our zip code on the reservation

So the only checkpoint going into Florida is I-10?

Is there a checkpoint on Perdido Key Blvd(Hwy 292) at the alabama/Florida state line??

Just talked to a lady about a VRBO house in Rosemary Beach for the 2nd week of June. She almost hung up on me when I told her we are from Louisiana.

WTF?

Walked to the Waffle House on the other side of the Florida line on Saturday and didn’t get stopped.
