Doing an older/retired person guide thing. My mom does them all over the world and her travel friend bailed so I jumped in her spot. Going to be a first for me as usually I go without plans and see what happens. Kind of glad not to be doing that in Egypt though..

Same. Have never done a guided type trip but feel like Egypt may be a good place to have one for obvious reasons. Should be fun though

Going to Oregon/Washington this Friday to the 30th, and then going to Vegas for New Year's and will be there for 4 days or so.

Trying to find something to do for Labor Day weekend too besides go to the beach as always.

Mexico City for about a week in September. Then going with my chica to a small Mexican town for hikes and waterfalls.

Columbia in February. Want to do some hiking and scout out the city as a potential spot to live for a year or so. Will likely do at least a week Spanish course there. Trying to go from intermediate to fluent.

What’s on the itinerary? I’ve been thinking of checking it out but don’t surf and wonder if I’d get bored after a few days. Haven’t actually rolled up my sleeves and looked into the options there.

Not sure about the resorts, but if you have a vehicle look into driving up to Flagstaff. Cool little mountain town and you can check out historic Route 66.

I’m an FA so naturally kind of always traveling. But vacations with the wife are what keep me going as the thread title says.

Just finished a week in Hawaii. Next trip planned is 10 days in Jamaica in December. Have a wedding in Michigan in a a few weeks but I don’t consider that vacation.
