If you buy those “Delta 9” (not 8) gummies the THC is extracted using industrial grade hemp which through a loophole law created in 2018 is federally legal (but keep in original packaging for these), barring that indeed NV is a recreational legal state so just pick up there

BUT, you can go into a store in Vegas and buy some if you are worried about it. They definitely don't give a shite about flying out of a legal state with pot. I would stock up before you leave.

Well it's Fremont Street. And I assume you mean near the Fremont Steet Experience. No you cant find anything real there because it is illegal to sell THC that close to a casino. (they do have a bunch of "real" sounding stores on the strip, but they are all only sell hemp based products). Las Vegas law specifically states that dispensaries cannot be less than 1500 next to a casino entrance. This pretty much negates all of the strip as well.
You pretty have to get off of the strip to buy legitimate stuff - Although Cookies has a strip store. Your best bet is to use a locator.

Nuwu is a mile north of Fremont and is my go to. I've walked there from The D twice. I wouldn't recommend it at night.

If I bother to make the effort, I'll open a bag of clean gummies with roughly the same shape/color (or, even better, a mixed bag) and dump the weed in with them.
