You are doing the entire trip or certain legs.

Take up a portable hobby, like watercolor painting, sketching, knitting, etc. From what I've seen of those itineraries, a significant time is spent at sea. You'd better like reading and have some structured ways to spend that time, or you run the risk of being mightily bored during some stretches.

Learn to look for sea birds, whales, dolphins, and other ocean species. I'm serious - learn the species and look for them. You will see a lot of different species when traveling around the world, though maybe not many on any given day. See if the ship has a naturalist guide and stick close to him.

Or if not interesting to you - don't. Most people aren't into it. But I've got a trip from New Zealand to Japan booked for exactly this. Even on days without much wildlife I enjoy the days at sea.

Goodness....I hope you aren't remotely prone to motion sickness, or it will feel like an eternity.

I’m not sure what you are trying to figure out on here three years before you take the cruise. LOL
