It's almost the 4th of July and I don't feel like working, so it's time to start thinking about winter. For the first time, I won't be making any travel plans to go boarding. Snowbasin is just beyond this mountain I can see out my front door
My previous high is 10 days in a season. I plan on making at least 20 days, 30 if I'm lucky.
I would love to meet up with any of y'all if your travels bring you to Utah.
5 months and counting! Have fun and stay safe

If the Good Lord blesses me, I will be in Fieberbrunn, Austria in February.

Had 27 days last season, trying for the same this year.
Trips already planned-
Aspen in December
Washington (Crystal/Snoqualmie) January
Likely Copper/A Basin/ Winter Park for a few days
Aiming for Mt. Bachelor in late January
I'll throw in Utah and come visit

Two trips totally booked already. Park City in December and over Mardi Gras. Looking at Breck for April.

December: Banff
January: WP/Steamboat/Copper
February: Jackson
Early March: SLC
Late March: Big Sky
Leaning pretty heavily into La Nina favored destinations this season. Bought the full Ikon so I could ski Jackson, Alta and Snowbasin.
I did the WP/Steamboat/Copper loop last year, had a blast so I'm going to do it again.
Skied 35 days last year which was my most ever, hoping to at least match that number this season.

I’m aiming for Snowmass, mid March. Any tips (restaurants, must sees, favorite runs) about the place are welcomed.

Looking for a good 1 bedroom in Park City. Ski in Ski out. Also walkable to bars and restaurants. I’ve never skied Park City.

I put down 27 days in the US and Canada this season.
Then I moved from greater BTR to Bend OR about a month ago.
I hope to stay on for the winter and put down some serious days at Mt Bachelor this season.
Canada will be on the hit list too - Revelstoke and Panorama are musts.
I’ll be in Utah in April - IKON resorts.

What the heck do y’all do for a living that y’all can afford to go n 5 ski trips per year

I got 41 days of downhill (resort) skiiing last year, but only 3 days of Nordic skiiing. The numbers were flipped the previous year.
Have another season pass to Bogus Basin for 2024-2025 with weekend trips planned for Brundage, Sun Valley, and Pomerelle. I know touring is an option but I can't decide on tech vs. hybrid bindings and don't want to take an AIARE course and have to dig a pit everytime I want to go ski.

I'm sure we will do our typical mardi gras week trip. Maybe Utah this time? We usually do steamboat or copper.

Most of my trips aren't exactly glamorous, staying at a Holiday Inn Express in a SLC suburb is a very different experience than ski in/out in Vail.
Banff will be my cheapest trip...25k Delta miles to fly into Calgary, $540 for five nights in a hotel and another $140 for the airport shuttle to Banff. Once you are in Banff, free shuttles take you to all the mountains.
Going to drive to Big Sky, got a deal on a condo booking many months in advance.

I thought you were always living up north by the way you were traveling. Enjoy Bend, it's an awesome town.
