Google Play?
Amazon Music unlimited?
Spotify?
Apple Music?

Others?

Thinking about signing up for one. Which is better, which do you like best?

No doubt this topic has already been discussed, but I wearched back a month or so, and didn't see anything. So, at least we can discuss what's new in the past month.

TIA

If you have an iTunes library the answer is easily Apple Music. I had 5k+ songs and being able to have that seamlessly mixed into an all inclusive library is what sold me.

If you don't either AM or Spotify. I've enjoyed both.

I like the free pandora but you cant play just what you want....but I like the variety.....I only listen while driving. Spotify is what you want if you want to play a specific album....but I have found plenty of obscure stuff they dont have. Amazon blows.

Seriously Google Play. I cannot understate the benefit of YouTube Red. When I watch a YouTube video on a friend's phone, and there is a commerical. I think "you pleb."

You don't loose anything tangible with Play Music and you gain amazing YouTube benefits.

My order:

1) Spotify
2) Pandora, only because I can download songs and listen offline.
3) Google Play
4) Amazon, unless you pay more for their up to date music releases - if so, move this up.

1000000%

Youtube Red is better than all the music streaming alone

I use Amazon Prime and free Spotify. Just based on the apps if I had to pay I'd go with Spotify. I like their predone playlists and stations and managing playlists and music is easy. However, as I use Alexa more and more I think that gives Amazon Music the edge. I assume they have a Spotify skill, but the wife isn't going to say "Alexa tell Spotify to play song". She will say "Alexa play song".

iHeart Radio because it doesn't leave genre. I hate setting up a station to hear Son Volt and Jayhawks to all of a sudden hear some pop bullshite because the algorithm determined it to b similar.

Google Play is offering 90 days on them if you want to try it out. I currently have Spotify, but I signed up just so I can compare.

You're talking about the Unlimited service and not the Prime service?

Both

Google has 35 mill. Apple 30. Spotify 30 (so all three are essentially the same)

Amazon unlimited 10mill

I have GPM + Youtube Red and it's great. I don't have any experience with the others say i can't say it's better than them.

Only that GPM +YT Red is awesome and well worth the $16 i pay a month for the family plan.
