How to watch:

What is required to stream the Super Bowl in 4K Ultra HD with HDR?
You will need a supported living room device:
Roku (including Roku Premiere, Roku Premiere+, Roku Streaming Stick+, Roku Ultra 4K/UHD TV models with Roku OS built-in)
Amazon FireTV 4K
Additionally, you will need a 4K TV with HDR10 support, a compatible HDMI cable, and a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps or higher.

Is the entire Super Bowl in 4K Ultra HD and HDR?
For the first time ever, FOX Sports is delivering Super Bowl 2020 in 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) and High Dynamic Range (HDR). On Super Bowl game day, UHD/HDR coverage will begin at 2pm ET with the FOX NFL KICKOFF SHOW and will continue thru the game and post show. You can even watch the Pepsi Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show in UHD and HDR. With more pixels, improved color, and better contrast, get ready for an unprecedented Super Bowl experience.

Hopefully the app doesn't pull from the local station or BR is screwed.
Fox44 in BR can take a 4K signal and turn it into the most unwatchable abomination ever.

I have not seen it listed.

Here is another site's list

And that one shows Apple despite no HDR but not Xbox so I'd say no just regular HD for Xbox.

Can I watch Super Bowl LIV on my AppleTV 4K?
Yes – Super Bowl LIV will be available on AppleTV 4K devices in 4K quality and Standard Dynamic Range (SDR). A 4K TV, compatible HDMI cable, and a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps or higher is also required.

Anyone know what's different with Fox's HDR10 support and AppleTV 4K's HDR10?

Apple TV 4K
quote:

H.264/HEVC SDR video up to 2160p, 60 fps, Main/Main 10 profile

HEVC Dolby Vision (Profile 5)/HDR10 (Main 10 profile) up to 2160p

Probably the VP9 codec, same reason ATV doesn't do YouTube in 4K. Just a guess though.

If they could broadcast it in 4K they could only do it over the next generation of TV broadcasting.

Unfortunately, Baton Rouge and pretty much all of Louisiana will have to wait to get the next generation of TV known as ATSC 3.0 which supports 4K broadcasting will not be coming to this area this year, even as TVs with the new technology will start becoming available.

The thing that is going to slow some adoption in some areas is that ATSC 3.0 is not mandatory and stations will have to work together to combine resources to provide legacy signals. In some places this will be easy as some places have duopolies where they own 2 signals and can flip one signal to 3.0 and keep one on 1.0 and put both signals on each signal.

yeah I have read where we might be more than a few years away from widely adopted ATSC 3.0 due to exactly the reasons you mention.
