He's been shaky as hell.

Impressive outing by Jedi. Plays fearless. Salah had a fluff goal but was mainly limited down the side with Jedi matching speed and cutting him off.
Ream played alright, but he really has lost a couple steps.

Steffen doing Steffen things. 2 mistakes = 2 goals

Augsburg picked up where they left off with getting smacked but Pepi saw some minutes.

State of Aaronson’s match winning goal changed to an own goal
Him and Adams were excellent. He’s got a good understanding with Bamford, Harrison and Rodrigo already

I need someone to explain the own goal rules to me. I thought it used to be an own goal if the ball wasn’t heading into the net and the defender touched it. Did they change that to last touch no matter what?

Jedi, Adams, Aaronson and Pulisic all playing in the premier league opener is great to see. All but pulisic gets the start.
If aaronson continues to start for Leeds it’s going to be very hard to write a starting lineup in Qatar that doesn’t feature him somewhere.

If Weah maintains the level he showed in qualifying, who do you drop to incorporate Aaronson? Quite the conundrum.

The only real option would be to play Weah at the 9, but it appears Greg doesn’t view that as an option.

Ream also started and was captain for Fulam.

That would be interesting to see, but won’t happen. My guess is Gregggg goes with BA over Musah. Weah will be on the wing, and at this rate Pefok at the 9.

Don’t expect consistency from the EPL on rules

It will probably depend on the matchup. I bet we see Musah and Aaronson used kind of interchangeably.
