The Dutch have to be more progressive now. Argentina has never left the space that the US did, so playing in the low-block and relying on the counterattack should have gone out the window pretty early in the game.

Ive always found it lame as frick that your best player gets the PK and not the player fouled.

They don't have that attacking player who can really unlock the defense. Memphis is a step down from their previous generation.
