This lady announcer says "WHERE'S THIS GOING?" every time a ball goes into the box. Terrible.

Switzerland beats Canada 2-1 to win the group
Bosnia & Herzegovina advances to the knockout round with a 3-1 win over Qatar, likely looking at a date with the USA in the Round of 32.
Qatar heads home

Canada 4 pts +5 GD
Bosnia & Herzegovina 4 pts -1 GD
Qatar 1 pt -8 GD
(Canada win goal differential tiebreaker over Bosnia & Herzegovina. Those 2 teams drew 1-1 in their match.)

Pretty wild how red cards tilted that group
Bosnia was only down 1-0 until the 80th, then wound up losing 4-1
Canada was up 2-0 late first half, eventually with the 2 cards it wound up 6-0
I know today could have gone differently if the GD wasn't as lopsided, but it's possible without the cards Bosnia would be 2nd in the group and Canada 3rd

As it stands Canada would be playing South Korea in Inglewood (only one of the host nations that has to leave their soil since they lost today lol), but that could change wildly based on the group A result tonight. A win or a draw South Korea comes out in second. A loss things get interesting. They’d drop to third. If they lose *and* the Czechs by some miracle beat Mexico they are out.

Took me 4 times to untangle this amidst the pronoun and antecedent confusion. But I think I figured it out.
