Took about 15 minutes to find a rhythm then Morocco went all out forcing some great saves then some back and forth

Second half will be awesome
I'm hoping for 1-1 or 2-2 then extra time

If the ref doesn't get control early on... it may turn into a legit international incident

WTF was he doing there? All you had to do was touch it and it was a goal

You're going to have to be more specific.

Both goals were threatened in the last 30 secs.

If it's the Moroccan player, best I can figure is he was worried about the ball hitting his hand, which shifted his concentration to preventing that instead of touching the ball

What's with UEFA teams playing like CONCACAF teams?

This has been a high level game

I'm not talking skill wise.

I'm talking about installing borderline misdemeanor assault in the game plan

He should have headed that. But the ball was at the worst possible level to make a decision.

Watch his face on the replay.

He legit wasn't expecting it to make it to him, and when he figured out it was coming he decided to move his arm to prevent a handball.

And less than 90 seconds into the 2nd half... we have a yellow card

For an offense that didn't warrant it

Morocco has been the better side this match by a pretty decent margin

Why didn’t he swing that to the man running in the box?

Agreed - Morocco are more on the front foot, look more dangerous

If he does a short cross his teammate scores easily

Hakimi should have squared that one on his first touch.
