Who you got in the Final Four chat?

The Road Ends Here™. I’ve been riding France from the jump, but I think England is a team of destiny after THE CABLE OF GOD. Can’t count out the GOAT and Argentina though. Spain ain’t it. Lamin Yamal is cheeks; almost as overrated as Captain Chokemerica Christian Pulisic. Anyway, what say the fine posters of tSoccer Board? I’ll hang up and listen.

France should win it. I want England to win it as it would be nice to see a newish team bring the title home. But I wouldn’t disappointed to see Argentina and Messi add to their dynasty.

France should win, but they'll choke on Tuesday. Their defense hasn't been tested up to this point.
England is more physical than Argentina, but Tuchel will play Madueke for most of the game for some reason even though he's arse cheeks. Bellingham can't will them to another victory.
Spain beats Argentina for the title.

France’s backline is the obvious weak link, which is surprising.

Spains best striker is a midfielder. I don’t see it.
It’d kinda be fitting for this new look Chelsea to have fired a manager who moves on to win a World Cup but whatever. (Free my boy Roman)
It’s hard not to pull for Messi and they just seem to have it when they need it. Though they’ve looked like going out more than once already.
France plays defense with more offense, but nobody has stopped it. If you need a goal they rotate 5 up top who can get you one. I think that’s the difference in the end.

Spain and Argentina have both looked the most vulnerable, but they put it together and win. England has been fun to watch through their run with some really good games. I’m still riding with France but wouldn’t be surprised or upset if England took this one.
I say bring on the 100 Years War Final

Argentina and REFs got something for England's asses.

I think it will come down to whomever has the strongest midfield followed by back line. Yes France has the strongest attack, but they haven’t been matched nor tested against teams with a defensive and transitioning midfield yet. Spain could be that team, but they’ve lacked the offense themselves.
Given the patterns of the final four teams against their opposition this WC, I think England will skirt past Argentina and France will breakdown Spain late.
Tuchel will play conservatively/defensively and England wins on some set piece.

I’m just glad both Alvarez and Lautaro scored last night. Maybe that will give them both some confidence going into the match against England.

Yeah, was thinking the same. It’s a good time to click, if it starts now, so there’s not so much dependency on Messi to score. They have the complete team to win it all it all again.

After the group stage and seeing the brackets, I felt like France would win.
That said, England's win over Mexico felt like one of those survival games that college football national champions tend to have.
I wouldn't necessarily call England a team of destiny, but they are grinding out results, getting fortunate breaks, and Jude is playing at an elite level. Same could be said of Argentina, but I don't think their best is as good England's.

France dispatches Spain with relative ease. Argentina/England is 50/50. France will beat either England or Argentina so it's moot.

I’m thinking France - England final. Spain has the team to beat France but I don’t think their CBs are strong enough for the French attack.
