Who is your EPL Manager of the Season?

My top 3 would be:
1. Gary Monk- Sold their best player and don't have much talent as it is and they are top 10 and did the double over ManU and Arsenal.
2. Nigel Pearson- 6 wins out of 7 at the time they needed it most.
3. Tim Sherwood- He's a goober but Villa couldn't score a goal to save their lives before he came aboard and now they are banging them home left and right and has them in the FA Cup final.
Honorable mention to Jose.

For me I think that with this not being a vintage season at the top of the league I have a hard time saying Jose. Obviously had a great year and to go basically wire to wire is very impressive.

1st in goals scored in all competitions
2nd in goals for
1st in goals against
1st the league in every week except week 2 when Chelsea and Tottenham were tied on pts and goals scored while Chelsea gave up 1 goal.
Ran away with the league title with only 2 losses in 36 games thus far.
It has to be Mourinho. Chelsea have dominated the league this year.

Hate to say it, but Mou.
I mean they were expected to win...and they did in pretty dominant fashion. They win the games they're supposed to and eek out the ones they need to.
I know everyone keeps saying "WELL THEY ARE 2ND IN GOALS SO NOT BORING!!!" but shite. Last year you had 2 squads break 100. Chelsea scored 15 against Swansea and Everton. 20% of their goals came in 3 games. In their games against the other "top 4 squads" they're 2-0-4, scoring 6 and conceding 4. Throw in Pool and Spurs (lol) and they're 4-1-5 with 15 for and 11 against. They're boring. They don't dominate. They just don't lose the games they need to not lose.
Granted, nobody is really fun to watch this year but that doesn't mean Chelsea has been an electric squad.

Mou? No way.
They spent a shite ton of money as usual. He won the league sure but the rest of the league was totally shite. City didn't bring anyone in, ManCs took forever to get going with a new manager and tons of new faces, Arsenal was Arsenal and Liverpool... well we all know how that 200m turned out.
Tim Sherwood could have won the league with Chelsea this year. Brendan Rodgers too.
Gotta be Southampton's manager after all they lost IMO.

If we're going by the manager/coach of the year guidelines for most leagues (the backhanded compliment of, "We didn't think you were going to be good at all!"), then I like Monk for this.
Pearson would be a fine pick, but Monk did more over a longer period of time.

Mou. Like him or not his team is going to break a record for most days spent at the top of the league. He's dealt with a tough schedule with the extra Europe games and dealt with injuries and suspensions.

To be fair, Drogba didn't do shite to get Chelsea through the end of the year. Hazard scored more goals and created more opportunities than any striker not named Costa.

Lambert had more losses than goals scored.
Sherwood took a team who was looking like a relegation squad and has turned them into a team that will finish higher in the table than they have since 2011. They are in the FA cup final and playing the best soccer I've seen them play since I started watching them.
It's unbelievable that the same players I was watching a few months ago can now play like they are. It shows me how important a manager can be.
