That little mini-dummy or touch to get Freeman the ball by Sullivan deep in our own half was cold-blooded.

Damn good job to get to that ball by Kochen.

Our back line playing high is scary.

It’s nice that we held them scoreless, but we have 8/11 normal starters out there. We should not have looked as disjointed as we did.

Without Tillman and Freeman making the plays they did, we might well have been down right now. And even those two played some shite passes.

Poch needs to make some tactical adjustments.

Our press is ineffective and the way they make their shape when we are in possession creates an overload in the midfield. Berhalter and Adams are usually outnumbered. When we swing wide they are shuffling most of their players wide while using the touch line as an extra defender. We need to find a way to play through the midfield to the half spaces and need our wingers to shift over to help with the mismatch when the ball is wide. When we play wide there is never an outlet.

He’s been one of the top u-23 players in the top 5 leagues this year. Combined with his athleticism, good reading of the game, clever passing, and ability to go forward I would say his ceiling is pretty fricking high.

Poch was outcoached this half. Let’s see if we adjust.

I like Trusty, but he isn’t it man. Indecisive all the time.

How many times did he let a ball bounce and watch it when he was being closed down.

Also, watching that near-goal again… Holy shite, Kochen saved our arse. I can’t believe he got to that ball.

And he still can't get in the first 11 at the yellow submarine. La Liga has never been a great place for our young players.

I’m wet.

Looks like we may have adjusted.

Cavan is getting dirty in defense too. Our future is fricking gleaming bright.

Since he's on color for this game, when we failed to qualify for Russia Dunny was on counterattack saying he was going to cheer for Mexico since they were concacaf and I, for the first and only time in my life, called into a radio show and owned his arse
