Really hasn’t looked that way to me, they’re just tidier in the final third. xG right now is 2.1 to 1.7. We have more dangerous attacks. The final product just isn’t there and they’ve capitalized on defensive lapses.

I thought the same. We had some real good talent over seas recently and they should have developed, but they just have not taken that development step. The team as a whole just doesn’t know how to come together and play well. And we are soft, need more aggressive dogs on the field.

Are the slips due to the turf in the dome or do the US have the wrong cleats on?

That’s a gap in class that’s evident

And get that xG crap out of here

The “astonishing” bit was either hyperbolic or just pretentious. Hard to tell with you. We aren’t being overwhelmed by any stretch of the imagination, at least not yet

Wish we played with more urgency since we’re still in the game. Subs too late. We’re still in it yet playing like we’re just holding on

It's kinda sad because we usually have had Portugal's number. Of all the Euro powers they've kinda sucked against us.

I feel like the guys who really want it don’t have the talent level of the guys who we clearly need to play. Lots of individual talent but just have no team cohesion or heart. It comes in spurts but can’t put a whole game together.

Poch has seen world class players. He knows how many levels outclassed we are.

We started out intense, but this is about talent levels

He doesn't seem to though because he has us trying to play with them.

We should be bob balling the shite out of these matches.
