Spare me, you're the soccer version of a progrssive liberal. You got beat up on the playground as a kid and latched onto soccer because it was "alternative".

Ok man.

Keep telling yourself this team isn’t a bunch of little video game soy kids. And I don’t blame them. Just the times etc.

It’d be one thing to lose 2-1 due to a moment of brilliance.

We just got schooled on 3 of the easiest goals in the WC and are crying after.

The Dutch did not dominate that game. They were just clinical. A couple of shots from the top of the box go a yard left or right and they don’t score.

Then you do not understand the sport and clearly never coached or are not a good one. Teams with better control, playing a counter attack strategy against a weaker team is common and they played it perfectly outside of the first 10 minutes.

They let the US waste energy and challenged a weak back 4 with the counterattack. Further, yes the US got some chances and lucked into a goal off a fluke deflection (nice play but still luck). But outside of that they did very little.

Again, the talent on the US team is mediocre because it is a bunch of country club kids whose parents basically paid for their opportunity to be in the training.

This is why soccer will never improve until that corrupt system is scrapped.

We also had 2 or 3 goals cleared off the line by a Dutch defender. Kind of crazy when you think about it.

Not goals if they don’t go in

Our soccer players were better when they played soccer because they wanted to. Not because their lib parents and all their gay friends were playing and made them play.

You’re a special kind of stupid. The Poliboard is probably for you.

Obviously.

But what I'm saying is this match had the potential to have a wildly different outcome. The US held their own, mental lapses and a few bounced just didn't go their way.

LOL. Did you just revert to politics because you can’t back up your knowledge of a game you’re shite posting about?
That’s awesome. LOL.
Keep it up.

The talent is far from mediocre and the best it’s been.

We have a dude setting the team up like it’s 2002 and a 2002 mentality.

That is the much bigger problem.

Bounces didn’t go our way?

The only reason we had a goal is because we got lucky AF on a bounce..

Edit: I love you’ve gone back and read my posts. Maybe you’ll learn something.

That's entirely based on your "superior knowledge" in the game thread. I could go through your post history but I wouldn't learn anything new, so why bother

False

True

It’s still not good enough to win this kind of game unless you can score on set pieces and defend a lot better than what was shown today.

We aren’t changing the way the world views American soccer, which is a retarded goal anyway.

Can we just roll out our best 53 college football players in a game in to make me feel better?

Side note: Just need Bryce Young at QB
