Weah, Pulisic, and LDLT all came out publicly in support of GGG being the coach this week. Paul Tenorio said the players liked Gregg and the culture he built. We can’t pay shite for a coach because we are hampered by the issues with the women’s team and us being a poor af federation.
Davies thinks the federation was hampered by the optics of paying a men’s coach 20x more than the women’s coach.

So now I don’t know if he was being real in his earlier comments and they’ve reigned him back, or if he was truly a miserable bootlicker the entire time.
The more I learn about this federation the more it reminds of the Alleva, Orgeron, Ponamsky triumvirate…except we don’t have a soccer Joe Burrow to cover for us temporarily.
