Should be at least 5 red cards in Mexico Panama finals maybe more. Maybe Panama will walk off the field again.

This tournament was to see which scrubs can contribute sub minutes to the A team. Doesn’t look like any of them passed muster, except maybe Ferreira. Sure, I never like to see the USMNT lose but I’m not gonna lose sleep over this.

I'm kinda happy it's over because these last two matches have been some of the most unimaginative soccer we have played as a country in a long arse time.
Like even 2017 in Couva, while the result was worse that night, that team probably beats this team 6 or 7 times out of 10.
Midfield was shite, wingers were shite, outside backs were mediocre, CB play was inconsistent, ironically though, our 9's produced the bulk of our goals which hasn't been the case for a long time.

I'm kind of glad we lost for 2 reasons.
1. We can't lose to Mexico now
2. This is some of the worst soccer I've seen us play these past 2 matches. I couldn't stand to watch another shitshow match for us.

I think, in the future, we should use these situations like U-25 camps. No need to have guys like Long and Gressel there. Bring some young guys with potential.

They are taking a break until preseason after having gone non-stop for 2 years with club play, world cup qualifiers and a world cup controlling their lives.
I'm glad we didn't take them. We won the A-team tournament this year, I'm happy.
