I don’t think that was a penalty, BUT neither was the one in Son in the 1st match.

Contact seemed to be outside of the box anyway, so VAR couldn’t have done anything even if there was a foul.

With only two competitions left, Spurs should focus on FA Cup. They can’t win the league, but they could make a deep cup run and still qualify for CL.

What do you guys think about Son and his new captain role?
I feel like he’s done really well, it helps that we are undefeated in league play, but it feels like the team has much respect for him.

I was skeptical at first, not because he doesn’t deserve it but because he’s not your stereotypical captain.
Here to eat my crow because I think he’s done really well so far.
I also think Ange did very well in appointing Romero and Maddison as vice-captains. That could have backfired a bit.

Spurs and NFL extend contract to 2030. I always see lots of Spurs fans upset because they don’t believe the money is being spent on the club, but surely a lot of that money goes to paying off the stadium. Anyway, that kind of publicity is always good for the club.
