United looks like they're starting to wear down. Hopefully Pogba comes back playing at the level he was pre-injury. We're really working our way towards a battle for the top 4.

Congrats on your Derby win tonight, lads. You were the superior side today, innit? Reminds me a tad of this result from the American footballers earlier this year when New Orleans FC throttled Real Tampa Bay. Enjoy

Manchester United have appointed John Murtough as the club’s first football director with the club making it clear that manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær will report directly to him. Murtough, who joined United in January 2014, is being promoted from his current role as head of football development and he will have overall responsibility for all football matters. Transfer business will remain driven by Solskjær and the club’s recruitment department, each of which have a veto. Murtough would only become involved in this regard if there was disagreement between the two.

United also on Wednesday appointed their former midfielder Darren Fletcher to the post of technical director, another new position at the club. Fletcher returned to United in January as a first-team coach.

James and Maguire fail to put the ball into an empty net and nobody decides to defend the final set piece while Dean has a stroke. Great result. FML I hate this squad.

The match against Milan was awful. The one against West Ham wasn't much better. When the hell are Pogba and Cavani going to be back? It seems like both should've been back by now. Especially Pogba who started practicing again 2 or 3 weeks ago? Will be back for the second leg against Milan?

It'd be great to get a big game from Greenwood. He's due.

He's been due all year. Idk what his deal is. His shooting hasn't been nearly as good as post lockdown last year, and he hasn't been able to get himself into a position to take those shots. He has looked better at delivering crosses into the box though. The problem is our forwards never get on the end of them. It would be nice if one of Greenwood, Martial, or Cavani would wake up for the tail end of the season.

United didnt look great during the first half, fred and Mctominay aren't getting anything done, Bruno has been off, and the attack doesn't even seem like they're involved.

At the beginning of the season I didn't like the alternate tops, but thought they might grow on me. I was wrong.
